Here's how we can help: 
  • Community Services - publishing our community newsletter, annual directory, notices and neighborhood communications; maintaining and updating our community Web site; orienting new owners/tenants to the community; and scheduling recreational and social functions as needed.
  • Governance Services - ensuring resident compliance with SRCC governing documents; adhering to local, state and federal statutes (like fair housing laws); enforcing community rules and policies; and recruiting new community volunteers to serve on boards and committees.
  • Business Services - overall common property management and site inspections; oversight and management of all maintenance work (including competitive bidding); appropriate and effective fiscal stewardship of all community reserve funds; strategic planning; and collection assessments.
Maintaining a level of excellence surrounding these critical activities requires effective, capable management (by both the Board of Trustees and our professional management staff), strong planning and organization, and careful monitoring of the Association's affairs.
The Board of Trustees and our management staff work together to strike an equitable balance to deliver these services effectively to our residents, and in doing so, our HOA community association works diligently to protect and enhance our home values here in SRCC.
